AquaFlo/Gecko Wet EndSide discharge, 2-1/2″mbt suction/discharge, 48/56 frame wet end for XP3 pump. This wet end is used with a 3.0hp, 48 or 56 frame, thru-bolt style motor. The motor used may be either a single or dual speed. The wet end may be rotated 90 degrees to change the discharge position. The complete wet end includes: the volute, seal, impeller, wear ring, suction cover, suction cover o-ring, drain plug, drain plug o-ring and suction cover screws. Motor and unions sold separately. In2012, the manufacturer changed the way Aquaflo pumps are rated. These pumps arenow assigned both an operational horsepower (ohp), and a total horsepower (thp)rating. Previous versions of these pumps used only the operational horsepower.If you are replacing an older Aquaflo pump, be sure to match the operational hprating rather than the total hp.
